    What can I do?

    I am at 89 days on my Device Payment Plan so I am being turned down for getoutofthered .


    The terms say 90 days. I can't believe I did not double-check this in the store.


    Any ideas how to get approved for the Device EIP reimbursement?


    If I port back to Verizon are the Activation fees refundable?
