Very good question and thanks for coming here to post it. Are you looking to set this up on your MyT-Mobile.com account? If so, take a peek at our Set up My T-Mobile permissions  for steps on how to change this yourself. If you're looking to make the change on your service account, you'll need to Community-2153​ and have our care folks get this taken care of for you.

this would be due to the site upgrades a while back. any links prior to said site upgrades are no longer working...keep in mind that this thread was from 2 years ago..
