Welcome to our Support Community. Just to make sure I understand correct -- your phone says you're connected to your home WiFi but you can't actually use it, right? If that's the case, have you tried other WiFi connections? If so, do they behave the same way or are you able to connect? I need to narrow down the root cause -- it's either your home WiFi connection or something within the device.
Just wanted to stop by to see if you're still having issues with your Revvl connecting to WiFi. If so, please take a look at the questions I asked a few days ago so we can figure out what's going on.
