Typically refunds go back to the original method of payment used to make the initial purchase -- what were the circumstances that led to the check scenario? Are you concerned that the check was sent but lost in the mail somehow? Have you had a chance to reach out to a team with account access so that we could take a look at the refund history and see what records show on our side -- if so, what updates did we have?
