Adding my wife as a secondary account holder, lost my sim card

    Hello, US Service member who is currently deployed overseas. Recently lost the ability to use my cell phone (Note 4 died and then I lost my sim card) and trying to take advantage of the Military One plan back in the US, get a new phone, and get a replacement sim card.

     

    My wife is not a secondary account holder and I lack the ability to call customer service to add her. I also lack the ability to use the chat function with the my current computer.

     

    Is there another way to contact customer support (cant call and cant use the chat function) to get my wife added as an account holder so I can have her sign us up for the new Military One plan?
