Rebate submission gone wrong, what do I do?


    I will get to the point. I ported 5 numbers from ATT and took advantage of the BOGO offer for the Apple Iphones. I traded in 2 devices.


    The 2 rebates I submitted were denied as the agent who submitted it processed the incorrect IMEI numbers and showed up as unqualified devices.

    After speaking to Tmobile on Twitter, we finally got around to get the right IMEI numbers for the qualified devices however, it will take another 6-8 weeks.


    My second EIP payment is coming up. I cannot afford to keep on paying like this, especially considering someone else is at fault here. How do I go about processing the Rebate cards faster or just have Tmobile apply a 1400 credit towards paying off the two iPhones I purchased.
