i wanted to share my experience contacting T-Mobile support. They are just amazing. Always friendly and always trying to help solve the Problems I had. there were one person who sounded entitled and had a bad attitude. But all the others I’ve been in touch with were just Awesome. I simply asked to speak to another rep at that time. I think important thing was not to prejudge what a customer saying. I am not asking for free stuff. Ive seen some people who try take advantage, but I am just trying to sign up to buy things and get on plan that are advertised. Sometimes terms are complicated but T-Mobile generally keeps it simple comparing to others in the industry. Thanks for expanding the network and amazing support team. I hope sprint deal get approved!
