I'm so sorry you've had to call in multiple times to get the three lines canceled. You shouldn't need to call more than once. Here in our Support Community we do not have access to customer accounts. Since you've already called in multiple times, my best recommendation would be to contact T-Force via Facebook or Twitter to get the cancellation processed. I wish I was able to help out more but please keep us updated.
