Not sure who will see this (as far as T Mobile upper management), but I wanted to commend one of the online helpdesk workers named Eric. I'm sure there are numerous Eric's; this one helped me around 5 am PST on 14 MAY 18. He was very helpful and answered any and all questions I had, including what I thought was an extra charge on my bill. Just wanted to say thanks again, and I'll be a T Mobile customer for years to come.
