SyncUP stopped working correctly after 2 weeks

    Installed my SyncUP on March 30th 2018. It worked fine recording trips until April 13th. Then it started saying my trips were from home to home yet recording the distances correctly. Then on April 27th it just stopped. I’ve seen other discussions with similar problems. Has anyone had their issue resolved?  Is the SyncUP now working?  What did you do to fix it if it is?  Or is this just a waste of money?
