Customer service/retention


    I have been with T-mobile for almost 5 years and needed a two day extension to pay a past due balance on my bill so that I could make an arrangement on my account. After 4 and a half, almost 5 years, can you believe they said they couldn’t help me?? I have 4 lines on my account. I am planning to spend my day looking for another service provider. Anyone else have an issue with this?

        So long as you have an account type eligible for a payment arrangement, you should actually be able to set one up online yourself! Do keep in mind, if accounts are already suspended, are prepaid, or have already had an arrangement for the month they will not be eligible, but otherwise there shouldn't be a problem getting one setup!         Did they say why they were unable to do so?
