I meant, remove family plan. Cancel all the linds of plan
on May 6, i said I want to remove all the lines of my family
plan, but there was miscommunication I guess.

My best recommendation is to contact us using a method found here: Contact Us or visit your nearest T-Mobile store location to get service reinstated for a few more days, if possible.
