We recently switched to MetroPCS, I believe our last bill should be coming in the next week or so. This isn't a problem, yet we moved last Summer and I cannot remember if I ever changed my billing address on my T-Mobile account. The account has since been deactivated so I cannot verify that address on my own, can a T-Mobile rep verify and change that address if necessary? Or if changes are not possible can I make a payment without the bill in hand?
You can pay a bill without bill in hand!
You can just call in (your number won't be recognized in the automated system, so keep that in mind) and speak to a rep to pay, or head into store to pay a final bill!
