My device reads the wrong billing cycle date and or time


    My device reads , billing cycle ends 2:59am

    I have spent much time on the line with T-Mobile representatives, I have been cold transfered only too start my communication over again , I have sincerely tried to resolve the issues I have been having.  Today I called again looking for a resolution. Instead of a resolution, I was aggravated with T-Mobile  representation,    Reps seen too yes sir me an apologize without understanding what they are apologizing for and without a legitimate looking into.   i am frustrated and feel I have been angered with Empty apologies. Explained my issue as directed
