Can't seem to end autopayment


    Hello, I'm kind of at my wit's end here trying to figure out a solution to a bizarre problem. I had a T-mobile account, and I thought I ended it. I discarded my phone and forgot my phone number and my account details. I thought I had ended my relationship with T-mobile, but it seems I haven't. I'm still being billed. I've trying logging into My T-mobile, but that's useless without remembering or having any of the previous account details. I tried calling customer service, but they hung up on me because I can't remember my account details. I even wrote a letter to Albuquerque, but I got no response back. I don't use that phone or account anymore, and I keep getting charged monthly because there doesn't seem to be a way to end my service. How do I stop this from happening???
