Thanks for reaching out to assist me. Yes the device is fully unlocked but
I have learned that I have a larger issue going on with my account that is
being worked on my the T-Mobile engineers (ticket # 19614909). I think
once that issue is resolved my device should work properly. Thanks for
taking time to respond to my inquiry.
