I see you're new to our Support Community; welcome! It's a bummer this hasn't been a simple process as three weeks is a long time to wait. When was your last port request submitted? I'd also recommend chatting with our Number Transfer Center as they are the direct team that works with porting your number in. Here's their number: 1-877-789-3106 and they're open 24/7.
