How can I get a hold of the people in charge of coverage capacity. I have strong signal at home but the internet is extremely slow at times during the day. There is a high school nearby; my guess is that there is thousands of people using the internet when the kids are out of school. There is a state highway also, the afternoon commute must also have an impact on the network. Chino Hills is a growing community and there are new apartment homes being built due to launch some time next year.
