LOST PHONE IN MAIL

    I RETURNED MY DEFECTIVE PHONE AFTER THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE IN THEIR RETURN ENVELOPE BY UPS AND T MOBILE SAYS THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT? I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE NEW PHONE AND I DO NOT HAVE THE 800.00 THEY WANT NOW. WHAT CAN I DO? UPS DID NOT GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER AND T MOBILE SAYS ITS MY FAULT. HELP!

        Oh my goodness! I know that getting a bill that is $800 higher than expected would be super shocking. For issues like this, we do have a process to check with the warehouse to see if it was just missed in a check in. Did you already speak with our customer care teams about this? If so, do you know if they filed a handset research form for this? If they did, you would have received an email from our research team letting you know the findings of the investigation.
