You can go back to the Switch2TMobile website where you submitted the offer to check your submission's status. Typically when you're switching from AT&T, the virtual card payments are issued and sent via text message 15-20 days after your submission is approved and your trade-in is received. Hopefully all that's on track! Even if you missed the text message (or we goofed somehow and delivery failed) you can get that virtual card info from the Switch site.
