I woke up this morning to NO SERVICE. My doctor is supposed to call, fraud on my checking account and can't call my bank.
All I get is prompts to call for support. How can I do that without phone service?
I have autopay,and the bill was paid 2 weeks ago, so it's not that.
How do I reach someone to fix this problem or explain what is going on? Any suggestions?
Just had a 2-day blizzard and wonder if it is the tower.
Left 2 "call me" messages, but if I don't have any service, NOT EVEN *233, how will they call?
It sounds like the worst timing possible to not have service on your phone. It may or may not be due to the account. It could be an outage in the area. I'm hoping that by now your signal has returned. If not, you're still able to dial 611 from your device (if signal was turned off due to an account-related issue) or you can work with our T-Force team via Facebook or Twitter to get to the bottom of what happened.
