Posting Personal information should always be avoided for the safety of protecting the customer's privacy.

But, if you would like to stop service on your tablet devices, contact T-Mobile customer support. The Forum members and T-Mobile Representatives on this Forum do not have system access to cancel your tablet lines.

Keep in mind, if your tablet lines were apart of any promotion (such as a FREE tablet or BOGO free offer) based on T-Mobile's fine print/guidelines ... you may be obligated to pay whatever balance is due .

Hey, magenta4661195! I removed the numbers from your post -- barcodeable is correct, our Support Community is a public user forum so we try to avoid having personal information posted.

While we're not able to review your account or make changes from here, our T-Force team or Care team will be happy to help. You can reach T-Force through Facebook or Twitter or Contact Us to get in touch with Care. Although we'll be sorry to see you disconnect service on these tablet lines, if your needs have changed, then by all means please don't hesitate to get in touch for assistance!
