Why am I still being charged when i cancelled T-Mobile months ago. I haven't paid anything and can't seem to call and make them understand that I shouldn't have to pay. I'm not using their service and don't have the active phone line! I don't even have the phone or phone number anymore. I went with a different service. I even returned the CellSpot device because they requested through the mail, saying it would take $99 or $100 off... which never happened.
You should not be being billed for service you longer have. Was there by any chance another line on your account that was not canceled? If so, I assume this should have been canceled as well if you were looking to cancel your entire account.
