S8 active Oreo update not showing up 2 weeks after release?


    My s8 active was bought from T-Mobile and unlocked so I could potentially use it while traveling abroad.


    I have the latest 7.0 update but it is going on 2 weeks now that I haven't received the oreo update yet?


    Also installed the Samsung app for PC and synced my phone but it doesn't offer to update the phone either.


    Any thought on why this might be happening?
