$750 charge for a phone that was delivered back to T-Mobile?!

I was charged over $700 for a phone that I was sent after my original purchased phone went missing from my porch. My original purchase showed up the same day as the new phone. I sent back the new phone to the Coppell, TX warehouse with the prepaid ship label. Now I have been charged A LOT of money for this phone that has since been delivered AND SIGNED FOR by a warehouse employee. My bill is on AutoPay and now I'm going to lose out on $750 worth of real money just for a credit to be issued back maybe never???? Where is the customer service, T-Mobile? Where do the company's values lie? I can't believe this is how you treat new customers
