Carrier freedom - resubmitted three times


    I've submitted my proof of payoff three times for the carrier freedom $650 reimbursement. I kept getting texts saying that there was a problem and someone would contact me. No one ever contacted me. I called and was told that it had to be escalated to a manager. I just called again and was told (and no one notified me) that I now have to submit a color copy of my last bill from my previous carrier. The previous three submissions WERE IN COLOR.


    I just checked the online status page and it shows that my original submission was indeed approved, but this was back on February 19.

    I'm a business customer and I keep getting the runaround. How do I get this resolved? I'm extremely frustrated.
