Voicemail says invalid number, tech support over a week with no answer


    I have a user that has been unable to set up her voicemail since porting into Tmobile from Sprint.  I chatted and talked to 611, but they said they opened a ticket but I haven't heard back yet.  What's going on?  She has an iPhone 8.  Anyone else have trouble with setting up their voicemail?
