That's no good, but we do wanna make sure this gets taken care of for you. Sometimes, you may need to give the phones a restart to refresh the network connection. I'd also suggest searching for T-Mobile's network on the devices, making sure you have signal, then seeing if you can use the service. It's important this gets resolved so please let us know if you need more help.
