Service Access Denied


    I have the Tmobile ONE @ Work plan and am unable to receive verification messages from banks and other apps that require additional security measures. I request a code to be sent to my phone via text (SMS/MMS) and the message never comes through. When I attempt to send a text to my bank using their phone number code, I get a notice that says "Additional Charges May Apply" with the drawing of some gold coins, and even after I click 'Accept' I still get an immediate SMS reply saying "Service Access Denied"

    I completed the Short Code troubleshooting and have searched high and low through my settings for 'Message Permissions' and even the permission within my banking app to ensure that I allow marketing texts/notifications, but I still cannot receive texts (SMS) from my bank.

    Can anyone please assist? I need help with this URGENTLY!
