Welcome to our Support Community! I'm sorry that I'm just now getting to your question. It sounds like you have a "content block" on your account that may prevent you from sending/receiving texts from shortcodes. To have this removed, you'll need to contact us via 611 or T-Force via Facebook/Twitter.

Right, but you have different lines. Different phone lines can have different features set up, so please call 611 or utilize T-Force and they will be able to remove the short code block and get you going again!
