How do get you service back on after T-Mobile suspenses because of fraud


    Got my phone on 3/14 - T-Mobile suspended my service because they said someone called and said the charge was not authorized.  I paid for the phone in full with a credit card, provided both my DL and CC - the charge went through no problem.  I put the account on auto pay.  I call the fraud department they said go back to the store and let them fax your DL and SS card to the fraud department - I did.
