My Bill Is Wrong Price


    okay need support on my bill cause now I am not getting my discount on my bill of the $5.00 I was told and have email saying suppose to only pay the $50.00 month with the discount on autopay and my email says on bill $50.00 but I go to my bill online saying $55.00 why? That is wrong. Why dose it not show my -$5.00 discount? Please help

        We definitely want to help you take advantage of the auto-pay discount. What I would suggest is calling customer care at (Contact Us) to check if the auto-pay discount is applied correctly. Also remember it depends on the plan you have if it qualifies for Autopay discount. So definitely give our T-Force a call to get this resolved
