The NCC plans do not get reported to the credit bureaus, as there is no social attached to the account for them to report on. They're different from standard prepaid in that you get what's essentially a post paid account, in how it's billed, and some of the services offered.
Both Prepaid and NCC accounts are eligible for smart phone equality however, which 12 on time payments your account may be eligible to be converted to regular postpaid, and receive well qualified pricing on devices.
