My unlocked Sprint Galaxy S7 is not able to use WiFi calling on T-Mobile, even though it's eligible.  Is there a setting I'm missing?


    My rep has told me it's hit or miss on unlocked devices. I have a business account, and most of us have Galaxy S7's from Sprint. They are unlocked and are shown on the eligible list for VoLTE and WiFi. However, we can't get it to work. We've tried different WiFi calling apps, and none work.


    Does anyone have any tips to try?
