I ordered a used T-Mobile phone. I want to unlock it, but I can't get a hold of anyone unless I have a T-Mobile number. How in the world am I supposed to make an unlock request? I already sent a message to the phone manufacturer after calling T-Mobile and they directed me back to T-Mobile.
This is very frustrating.
