I have tried talking to customer support as well as representatives at T-Moblie to unlock my T-Moblie iphone ( which has been paid off) . We left the company less than 2 years ago but had been with them for over 15 years. T-Moblie cannot find any records of us having a plan with them with our phone numbers, account numbers, social security or names. We are not in the system anymore so I am unable to get my phone unlock. What can I do or who can I reach out to?
