Restricting 911

greyfeeld

    My father needs to have a cell phone with only a couple of numbers;

    unfortunately he's in memory care, and has called 911 when he didn't

    need to and angered the staff. I'm wondering if there's a way we can

    have him only have a few numbers but not allow him to use 911.

    Thank you,

    'greyfeeld'

        Hey greyfeeld

        Thanks for taking the time to post on our support community. Being able to call 911 is actually a FCC requirement and we do not have a way to block or restrict those calls. Do you know how specifically the calls are being made? Is your father typing in the number and dialing it or is this from a quick contact or from the home/lock screen?
