Hi.

I have paid for International call (Stateside International Talk with mobile. - $15)

However, I couldn't call to Thailand.

Could you please solve my problem ?

These are the details of my monthly payment.

Current rate plan: $50 Simply Prepaid(10GB 4G LTE)WC - $50/month

Current services:

Stateside International Talk with mobile. - $15

What happens when you attempt to send a text to a mobile in Thailand?

Are you still having this issue? If so, what specific error do you hear when calling the number? Also, what happens when you send a text as drnewcomb2 asked.
