I have a galaxy s8+ is pay for but it seems I forgot my e-mail and password and I try several times and now is lock
no one can help me I am surprised that Samsung do not have a store to solve this problem I reset it and still asking me
for id and pass word I thought that some one out there had similar problem. I will be very grateful is some one help me.
If you have forgotten both the Email and Password for the device you will need to work with Samsung on this one to help you reset the account since it is under them.
