Hey there! This is weird -- we don't assign login credentials, so if you haven't used the Lookout security service before, then "Sign Up" would be appropriate. I can't imagine why you're seeing that error message! Do you see a password recovery option, and if so what happens if you select it -- are you receiving an email to reset the password?
