2 of 2 people found this helpfulHi, I am assuming you were on a prepaid plan/ pay as you go option. I have linked you to part of the support page that outlines all the ways you can check usage including remaining balance. Check your usage the first is for postpaid just incase you had that since it was not specified and the second link is short codes that will work for any plan Self-service short codes . It is also important to note that T-mobile does not refund prepaid plans so any balance that was on there is just going to keep the line active until depleted.
The below is taken directly for the teams and conditions page which I will also link: T-Mobile Terms and Conditions
Your T-Mobile prepaid Service account balance, if sufficient, or your active prepaid plan, gives you access to our prepaid Service for a limited amount of time; you must use your prepaid Service during the designated period of availability. To use our prepaid Service you must have a T-Mobile prepaid Service account balance for pay as you go service or be on an active prepaid plan. Service will be suspended when your account balance reaches zero and/or you are at the end of the time period associated with your prepaid plan. Monthly plan features are available for 30 days, however, depending on the time of day that you activate your Service or that your Service expires, your service cycle may not equal 30 full 24 hour days. Your monthly plan will automatically renew at the end of 30 days if you have a sufficient T-Mobile prepaid Service account balance to cover your prepaid Service plan before the first day after your service cycle. If you do not have a sufficient T-Mobile prepaid Service account balance, your prepaid Service will be suspended unless you move to a pay as you go plan. If you do not reinstate prepaid Service within the required period based upon your service plan, your phone number will be reallocated. The Charges for Service and the amount of time that Service is available following activation of your prepaid Service account balance may vary; see your Rate Plan for more information. Prepaid Service is non-refundable (even if returned during the Cancellation Period), and no refunds or other compensation will be given for unused airtime balances, lost or stolen prepaid cards, or coupons. You will not have access to detailed usage records or receive monthly bills. Coverage specific to our prepaid Service may be found at http://prepaid-phones.t-mobile.com/prepaid-coverage and differs from coverage related to our postpaid Service.

Thank you for your answer. My account was the postpaid account. I tried all the links that you sent me but they do not work. I just wanted to make sure that I do not have any reminding balance on my account. Do you have any suggestion or can you please check for me?

3 of 3 people found this helpfulI am not a T-mobile employee. Just a customer like many others on the forum. There are a few admin but they do not have account level access. You would need to call into T-mobile or message them over social media.
Also I find it odd that the links did not work for you. Can you try a different browser because they work fine for me.

2 of 2 people found this helpfulHave you been able to check on your account to see if you have a balance? In this case, I think reaching out to our Care or T-Force team is a good idea. Please let us know if you get the help you need.

2 of 2 people found this helpfulYou can call T-Mobile at their 1-800 number give them your name and the phone number that you did have at the time and they should be able to pull up your remaining balance.
