What phone are you using? Is it T-mobile branded or unlocked? Are you using the stock voicemail or a 3rd party one?
Working with the t-force team is definitely the right call so they can see what is going on from there end. In the mean time, I would test another device to see if the problem remains. Also your username has your phone number and this is a public forum. A mod should come by when they see this and offer you a link to change it.
