Hey there! Is this other line an iPhone by chance? If so, messages sent iPhone to iPhone will not show up in the usage logs as they are sent using data and not to a specific number. Same goes for calls iPhone to iPhone if they are using Facetime Audio.
Chris brought up some really great points. Is this the case for you? Are you using an iPhone? Please let us know.
Happy Tuesday, magenta4388887 !
I'm just swinging by to see if you've had a chance to look over Chris' reply from last week. If his response answers your question, be sure to mark it as "Correct" in case others run into the same issue you did. If it doesn't answer your question, please let us know what phone you're using.
It was already mentioned but if you are using something like Imessage the usage won't show since its not actually being placed over the T-mobile network directly but instead utilizing Apples servers. So basically it just shows up as data usage.
