Unlocked MetroPCS phone problems

    I purchased an Unlocked MetroPCS phone off the internet and I think I am having problems.

    The phone connected to my "T" mobile account seemingly perfect but I have a couple issues I think might be wrong.  The first, when I try to call customer care "611" it goes to "My Metro" as if I have a METROPCS account.  How do I get rid of this?  It also won't let me text any My T Mobile things like 264 to turn on BINGE ON.

     

    The second thing is I turn on BINGE ON with my computer but when I use NEtflix it doesn't seem to ever work.  I use my Data very fast...
