Can you please clarify for us what happened to the line? Was it canceled and now you want to add it back with the same number?
Or do you just want to add a new line of service to your account? To do so you can call telesales directly or pass to your nearest T-Mobile store.
I am also slightly confused and the additional information will help alot so people on the forum can better assist you. As mentioned before you can have a line added over the phone when speaking to a rep or in a store. You can also do it online by logging into your account.
