    I switched over to prepaid on AUG 14, 2017,but I was still being billed for the previous account i had all the way til OCT. 2017,simply because whoever handle the prepaid account NEVER FULLY COMPLETED MY REQUEST,meaniing that they never closed my previous account out. Now common sense should have kicked in when someone saw 2 plans for the same phone number on ONE ACCOUNT but NO!!! I kept receiving a bill for services I was no longer getting. Now til this very day I've been getting calls from debt collectors and that forced me to switch my phone number,all because of someone not thoroughly doing they're job.
