No voice mail on phone


    just recently switched to T-Mobile with 2 lines. Both phone work fine. On the main line we setup our voice mail. On our second line, iT did not give me an option to setup a password... just said that the number was invalid. When I call the number I can answer and to, to the caller, but if I don’t answer, it does not got to voice mail...if i enter the phone number it says that number is invalid.  Any ideas? Or do you know how I can get support for this?
