Data Stash not visible in my account

    I have tried to look everywhere and I saw other T-mobile cutomers have the same problem, Idon'tt have access to my data stash. Any help ?

        Hey, germanoki! What type of rate plan are you on? Are you using the steps here to view your Data Stash?

            Hi ! I am on the simple choice family  6gb per person plan with Data stash

            .

             

            I followed all these steps and can’t see my data stash not on the Pc nor on

            my cell in app .. you can see it but I don’t . In cell phone app ITV just

            shows me under Data stash if any data stash will expire next billing period

            but not the amount ..

            I know from some T-Mobile community posts that it’s a lot of customers that

            can’t see it . I think that is something your  IT Department needs to look

            into . Attached are pictured from summary page and then a single line

                Thanks for clarifying your plan type, germanoki! I just double checked our internal documents and it looks like the steps to view Data Stash on the T-Mobile App aren't currently functional. Our teams are reviewing this and plan to update the document with a new process when this is resolved. It still lists the steps to view Data Stash on MyT-Mobile as I see them here, but I am double checking to make sure that's still accurate. I don't have a plan with Data Stash so I'm not able to check my personal MyTMO to see! I will follow up with you ASAP when I hear back -- if these steps should still be functional but aren't, then we will want to have you Contact Us and have a trouble ticket filed -- that will give our IT team all of your personal information so that they can review the issue. But I want to save you the effort if we simply need to clarify on our side that those steps aren't working, either. Sorry to ask you to hang in there, I appreciate your patience!

              Start of a new billing cylce today... and still can't view my data stash.

              I will post another update at the start of next month billing cycle .

                Check your Data Stash usage

                At this time, viewing your Data Stash balance and usage is not currently available online. You can contact T-Mobile Customer Service to check your balance and if you use all your high-speed data for your cycle, you will receive a text letting you know your remaining Data Stash balance.

                    Yes, barcodeable -- this was the update to the content that was made a few days after germanoki's original post. While we're waiting for support teams to update us on what the new process to check Data Stash usage will be, we didn't want the old information instructing customers to check it in a way that's simply not possible still out there. When I initially linked to those steps in the first reply, we were still showing the old steps. Since we know that those aren't currently working, our content team corrected the document. Thanks to germanoki for pointing this out... at this time I don't have any word on what an updated process will look like, but for now contacting us to check is the current option.

                        Not sure what the status is for 'Data Stash' viewing via web or the app?  I just did chat sessions with two agents to see what my data stash balance is.  Both agents indicated that the feature isn't supported anymore via the web and app.  I asked for an ETA and I got the impression that it wouldn't be available.  I was able to see my data stash balance on my detailed and summary bill on my account (web access).  Unfortunately, the bill still mentions to check 't-mobile.com/usage' for data stash usage.  Not really complaining.....just my experience on this subject.
