Did you forget the password? Is it showing like a error when attempting to login? I am at a bit of a loss at the direct problem with the limited info. I would say your best option with account specfic issues is to work with the T-force team since this is a public form and sharing senstivie info is not adivsied. They would also have the tools necessary to reset stuff on there end.
