Number porting not working


    Help, my number shows it was ported from my previous carrier to t-mobile on 3/3/18 however it never came through and seems to be somewhere within T-mobile.  I have spent hours on the phone with unfortunately several different agents having to explain every thing over only to hear the same thing, they promise me it will be taken care of in 3 hours and that it will go thru but it never does. Nobody seems to know what to do and I have to explain it over and over every time I call because I get a different agent.  What does T-mobile portabilty dept need to do to grab my number that has been ported to T mobile for 4 days now.
