Part of the incentive to give up my two phones on CREDO was that you would issue me credit equal to the cancelation charges from the former carrier, CREDO>
I now have the billing showing that $255 is the charge for cancelling my old phones. I replaced them with two new Galaxy S8's.
Where do I send a copy of the bill so you can issue me credit as promised?

We certainly want you to be able to take advantage of this reimbursement. It sounds like you're talking about our Carrier Freedom™ program. You'll want to take a look at that page and follow the steps there exactly so you can get the reimbursement.
